Customers are important to us, without them we would not exist as a business. We strive to help you get the right products at the right price within an agreed timescale. If a problem occurs, we promise to do our best to ensure that things are put right as quickly as possible.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Falcon Aviation web-site and by telephone mail-order.

You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

DEFINITIONS

"Terms/Conditions" means these terms and conditions 
"Online Sales" means sales conducted through the Website 
"Product" means a product on display for sale on the Website
"We/us/Our" means Falcon Aviation 
"Website" means the website located at http//www.falcon-aviation.com
"You" means a user of the Website.

Purchasing
When you submit your order you are allowing us to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem or delay with your order we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.

We will endeavour to keep prices constant, but this is not always possible.

The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you require are still available for purchase. In the event of this happening a carefully selected alternative or a full refund may be offered.

 

Delivery
We attempt to dispatch many goods within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order.

Special Order items may take longer.  You will be kept informed of the progress of your order though the contact details you supply.  Please allow a reasonable time before querying a non-delivery.

We use a variety of dispatch methods depending on the size/weight of the package and the destination.

Delivery will take between 24 hours and 28 days depending on the method selected and the world geographical location.

You should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel, or give alternative delivery instructions when placing your order.

Services are guaranteed by the carrier. Falcon Aviation cannot be held responsible for any parcel not arriving within the guaranteed time due to circumstances beyond our control. Please check the availability of products prior to requesting this special delivery service.

 

Carriage Charges.
We charge carriage at cost. The prices on the site checkout are indicative. However should the final cost exceed the estimated charge, we will contact you prior to shipment.

 

Payment Methods

We accept most credit and Debit Cards including Visa (all types), Master card, Amex, Bank Transfer and Cheque, Paypal and other methods. Bank transfer and cheques will need to be cleared prior to shipment. Credit or Debit payment is not taken until the day the goods are shipped.

Full payment for all orders is required at the time of ordering. All orders not accompanied by payment or authorisation to debit Mastercard/Visa/Switch accounts, will be returned with a pro-forma invoice requesting payment before goods can be despatched. Goods remain the property of Falcon Aviation until payment is received.

 

VAT
VAT will be applicable at the standard rate in accordance with current legislation. Falcon Aviation’s VAT registration number is: GB 813 1391 59. This is levied on all goods shipped within the European Community. For countries outside of the EC, we remove the tax prior to shipment. All prices are shown as an 'invitation to treat'

 

Out of Stock
If an unusual situation such as a lack of stock occurs we shall contact you directly. Customers who have placed orders for items temporarily out of stock will be informed within 14 days. These items will be recorded and supplied when available.

If we have a delay on delivery for any reason, you are entitled to cancel the order without penalty providing that it has not already been dispatched or you may be offered an alternative. 

 

Reserving goods

We can only reserve goods for you if you pay a deposit of 10% of the marked price. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you fail to complete the transaction (i.e. make full payment) for the goods within 7 days of being notified that the goods are ready for dispatch, or decide that you do not want them after all, WE KEEP THE DEPOSIT as an administration fee. The minimum value of goods on which we will accept a deposit is £10. The staff have no discretion to vary this. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Discounts
From time to time Falcon Aviation provides discounted pricing on certain items. Items that have a discounted price will be displayed on each item. There may be conditions attached to such discounts – e.g. quantity or buying in conjunction with another product etc

 

Contract Cancellation
As described in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the day after delivery of goods you are entitled to seven working days cooling off period, whereby you have the unconditional right to cancel the contract/order for these items. You must inform us by telephoning or emailing our Customer Services helpline your intention to cancel your order, and a full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

Damaged/Faulty Goods
Falcon Aviation supply goods, which are suitable for their intended, stated use. In the event that any product purchase proves to be unsuitable in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a refund. In many cases the item may be covered by a manufacturers warranty and this will take precedence.  Please telephone our Customer Services helpline and advise our staff.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the item has been delivered in error. Upon request we can arrange for the collection of the item from the address specified and shall deduct this from the cost of your refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Claims
Claim for non-delivery must be made within 10 days from the date of despatch for UK orders, 30 days for overseas orders. Claims for shortages and damages must be made within 10 working days from date of receipt. All packaging must be retained for inspection. Claims not received within these periods may not be met. If you would like to make a claim then please contact our customer service department.

 

Returns
If you would like to return items to Falcon Aviation then please contact our customer service department who will provide you with instructions about returning items.

Such requests must be made within 10 days from date of invoice provided prior authorisation has been given.

An item may be returned because of an error on our part or because the item is defective. Please note that this return policy is not applicable for the purchase of software, information CDs or Plans.

We request that any unwanted items are complete with packaging and in an un-used and re-saleable condition. The goods must be returned in their original state, complete packaging/instructions/warranties, otherwise a re-stocking charge of 20% of purchase cost will apply.

The company accepts no responsibility for cosmetic defects nor for any mistreatment or misuse of the goods after they have left our premises and this guarantee is void if the goods are in any way tampered with or adapted.

Items returned with claimed defects will require testing before any refund can be made. To obtain a refund you must produce the item together with the till receipt or invoice and any other documentation issued at the point of sale.

This guarantee is limited to a refund of the price paid and does not extend to consequential loss or damage.

Security of your Order
You are protected by the Falcon Aviation security guarantee when you shop at the Falcon Aviation website. When you send an order it is sent in a PHP encoded email.  PHP is a military grade encryption that ensures it cannot be read by anyone else.  When you place an order, we printout and manually check and manually process every part of the billing procedure – whilst more labour intensive than automated methods, it does ensure that your information (credit card details for instance) are NOT readable by anyone else.

When submitting your order you are confirming to purchase goods and allowing Falcon Aviation to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods.

New Customers: If you would like to be added to our postal mailing list, please email us to request current information and be added to our postal mailing list.
